Wonderful
Cozy beds, table to eat in the room, fridge, everything automatic including check out. Check in was with person Good location, about 15 mins to walk, nice area, store next door
Carpet didn't look very clean, also I asked to open windows, because there were no fresh air in the room. It seemed complicated and hotel said it's not safe. But windows looks at another building and it was first floor. So I don't understand what is not safe. For allergic people might be not easy to breathe

There is no water bottles in the room and they provided on water dispenser at the ground floor but there is no empty bottle provided to fill the water, They should provide one bottle to fill up water.

Small but good room, no staff available.
Price and location was good. Small but clean room with a good bed. Read about people dont have towels, but every morning when we went out (stayed 5 nights) we could take as many as we would, at night they where gone indeed.
No staff available. Friendly woman checked us in (coincidence?) but that was the only time in 5 days we saw someone. Otherwise self checkin is also available if no staff is at the counter. Got a fishing scam in my private booking.com app.(!) Messaged me in the app o ne day prior to booked date to recheck my creditcard details, or the booking could get cancelled.. Knew my name, dates we stayed, everything. Send me a mail as well. When i read the (phishing) mail i could choose to contact booking.com in the mail. i did and they (the fishermen, not booking.com apparently) couldnt handle my questions why i needed to recheck my creditcard number. So i didnt and nothing bad happened. BUT BOOKING.COM ITSELF I COULDNT REACH IN ANY WAY!!! Wanted to report this issue to booking.com, BUT COULDN'T CONTACT THEM IN ANY WAY, ALTHOUGH THEY EVEN HAVE A SPECIAL PAGE ABOUT SCAMS SAYING YOU NEED TO REPORT AND CAN GET HELP. NOT!!! VERY BAD THING!!!!
